What do I do if I am having trouble participating in the program?

In-game skins requires persistent internet access, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS game (available separately), a Krafton Account and any required platform account subscriptions; Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, 18+ years of age. Promotional period: 03/01/24 to 08/31/24. For each purchase of one (1) or more of qualifying Duracell product(s) during the Promotional period in-store or online at participating retailer receive two (2) DLCs for use in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. Take a picture of your receipt, visit duracellPUBG.com to submit image of your receipt(s) to redeem for the DLCs, and for complete offer details including link to privacy policy. Receipts must be uploaded by 08/31/24 and DLCs must be redeemed by September 30, 2024. Two (2) DLC’s per customer.
